Service: On-site cleaning of gutters (rainwater gutters) and downpipes at the customer's site.
Orders are placed in the online shop by adding the desired service product to the shopping cart and paying using the payment methods offered by Paytrail.
The contract is concluded once the order has been paid and you have received an order confirmation by email.
It is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct contact details, as well as the address of the property, a description of the building (number of floors), the desired date and any gate/door codes.
The service includes mechanical cleaning of gutters and downpipes (removal of debris/leaves/needles), flushing if necessary and checking the water flow.
The collection of cleaning waste is included in the service; the waste can be left with the customer's bio/mixed waste or, by contract, transported away.
The work is done with safety in mind using appropriate equipment. In high/hard-to-reach areas, we use telescopic arms or safety equipment.
Price includes travel expenses in the Helsinki Metropolitan Area, Southwest Finland, Pirkanmaa, Kokkola and Oulu on our action radar.
Sites outside this area will be priced separately before the work is approved.
The client will ensure unhindered access to the site at the agreed time (gates, locks, dogs, vehicles).
The customer is responsible for ensuring that the conditions for the work are safe (accessibility of the yard, no roof work in stormy weather).
If obstacles prevent you from starting work, we reserve the right to charge a visit/cancellation fee (see section 8).
The working hours are agreed upon at the time of ordering or after order confirmation.
We reserve the right to postpone work for safety reasons (e.g. thunderstorm, storm warning, freezing rain). The postponement will be agreed with the client.
The price indicated in the online shop includes VAT and travel expenses to the area of operation (see section 3).
Household tax credit: In principle, the service is deductible as a household expense. The customer is responsible for applying to the Tax Administration for the deduction (for more information: vero.fi). tax.fi
For companies and housing associations: prices and billing conditions are agreed separately before ordering the work.
We will carry out the work carefully and check the water flow.
On request, we can provide before-and-after photos or an observation report on the condition of the gutters (e.g. fixings, inclinations, possible damage).
If a justified deficiency appears after the work, it will be corrected within a reasonable time without undue delay.
The consumer's right of withdrawal from distance selling: For service contracts, the cancellation period is 14 days from the date of conclusion of the contract. If the customer requests to start the work during the cancellation period, he is obliged to pay a reasonable compensation for the work already done. If the service is fully completed with the consumer's express request and knowledge of the loss of the right of withdrawal, there is no right of withdrawal once the work has been completed. Competition and Consumer Authority
Time transfers: at least 24 h before the agreed time, free of charge.
Visitor/cancellation fee: If access cannot be gained at the agreed time for reasons attributable to the client or cancellation is made less than 24 hours before the appointment, we will charge a €59 visit/cancellation fee (covers travel expenses and booked working time).
We are not responsible for hidden construction defects (e.g. incorrect inclinations, rusted/loosened gutters, loose fasteners) or for damage caused by these or their failure during the work.
Weather conditions: frozen gutters/pipes may not be opened due to risk of damage; in this case a new time will be offered.
Indirect damages (e.g. loss of income) are excluded, unless otherwise provided by mandatory law.
The work is granted 14-day performance guarantee: if a blockage occurs in the ducts after cleaning, which is clearly related to the debris left over from the cleaning, we will repair the situation free of charge. The guarantee does not cover new blockages (e.g. new leaves/storms) or structural defects.
