Service Cleaning of gutters (rain gutters) and downspouts on-site at the customer's location.
1. Ordering and formation of contract
Orders are placed through the online store by adding the desired service product to the shopping cart and paying with the payment methods offered by Paytrail.
The agreement is formed when the order has been paid for and you have received an order confirmation in your email.
The customer is responsible for providing accurate contact information and the address of the property, a description of the building (number of floors), the desired time, and any applicable gate/door codes.
2. Service Content
The service includes mechanical cleaning of gutters and downspouts (removal of debris/leaves/needles), rinsing if necessary, and checking for proper water flow.
Waste collection is included in the service; waste can be left in the customer's bio/mixed waste or transported away by agreement.
The work is done with safety first using appropriate equipment. For high/difficult-to-access locations, we use telescopic poles or safety equipment.
3. Area of Operation and Travel Expenses
The price includes travel expenses in the capital region, in Southwest Finland, in Pirkanmaa, in Kokkola, and in Oulu within our operating range.
Items outside this area will be priced separately before work is approved.
4. Customer Obligations
The client is concerned about accessible entry to the property at the agreed-upon time (gates, locks, dogs, vehicles).
The customer is responsible for ensuring safe working conditions (accessibility of the yard, no roof work during stormy weather).
If obstacles prevent the start of work, we reserve the right to charge a visit/cancellation fee (see section 8).
5. Schedule and weather contingency
Working hours are agreed upon when placing an order or after the order confirmation.
We reserve the right to postpone work for safety reasons (e.g., thunderstorm, storm warning, freezing rain). Postponement will be agreed upon with the customer.
6. Price, household deduction and billing
The price indicated in the online store includes value-added tax and travel expenses in the area of operation (see section 3).
Household deduction The service is generally eligible for the household deduction. The customer is responsible for applying for the deduction from the Finnish Tax Administration (more information: vero.fi). vero.fi
Corporate and housing association properties: prices and billing terms will be agreed upon separately before ordering the work.
7. Quality, Inspection, and Documentation
We will perform the work carefully and check the water flow.
We can provide before-and-after photos or a status report on the condition of the gutters upon request (e.g., brackets, slopes, any damage).
If a justified defect appears after completion, it will be rectified within a reasonable time without undue delay.
8. Cancellation, Transfer, and Visit Fee
Consumer's right of withdrawal for distance selling: In service agreements, the cancellation period is 14 days from the date of the agreement. If the customer requests the work to begin during the cancellation period, they are obligated to pay reasonable compensation for any work already performed. Agency transfers free of charge at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.
Visit/Cancellation Fee: If access to the destination is not possible at the agreed time due to reasons attributable to the customer, or if cancellation occurs less than 24 hours before the appointment, we will charge a €59 visit/cancellation fee (covering travel expenses and the reserved work time).
9. Disclaimers
We do not cover hidden construction defects (e.g., incorrect slopes, rusted/cracked gutters, loose fastenings), nor damages resulting from these or their failure during work.
Weather conditions: Frozen gutters/pipes may be left unopened due to risk of damage; a new appointment will be offered in such cases.
Indirect damages (e.g., loss of income) are excluded from liability, unless otherwise provided by mandatory legislation.
10. Warranty
Granted for work 14-day functionality guaranteeIf a blockage occurs in the gutters after cleaning, which is clearly related to debris left from the cleaning, we will rectify the situation free of charge. The warranty does not cover new blockages (e.g., new leaves/storms) or structural defects.

Possible complaints must be made without delay and no later than 14 days after the completion of the work.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
Finnish law applies to these terms.
Consumer customers can bring disagreements Consumer Disputes Board to be resolved. Before that, we ask you to contact our customer service.
Payment service provider
The payment intermediary service provider is Paytrail Oyj (2122839-7) in cooperation with Finnish banks and credit institutions.
Paytrail Oyj appears as the payment recipient on your bank statement or card bill and forwards the payment to the merchant. Paytrail Oyj holds a payment institution license. In case of reclamations, please primarily contact the product supplier.
